Creating Your True Intention - Please join us in honour of International Women’s Day! Learn how to identify your true passion; Replace feelings of obligation with opportunity; Learn visualization techniques to create a strong intention towards your passion and; Create a vision board to keep you accountable to your true passions. Materials will be provided. Monday, March 8th 2010 6:00-8:00 pm at 1150A Waverley Street. Working in partnership with Alfa Life Coaching.
Women and the Law Workshops funded by The Manitoba Law Foundation
Women and the Law – Workshop for Female Service Providers: On supporting women impacted by violent crimes. Topics include: What is violence; Compensation for victims of crime; The victim’s bill of rights – including what “consultation” means; victim/witness assistance information; victim impact statements, orders of protection, peace bonds, no contact – conditions and breaches. Tuesday, March 23rd 2010 10:00 am – 12 Noon at 1150A Waverley Street. Space is limited – Pre registration is required to this women only event by calling 477-1123. Healthy snacks and Bus Tickets are available. Workshop is free - please consider donating a non perishable food item to FGWRC for women and children in need.
