Mindfulness Meditation: 1 Hour of Basic Introduction and Practice

Join us for a one-hour group session to learn the basics of Mindfulness Meditation and engage in beginner practices. Mindfulness simply means paying attention to the present moment, including our thoughts, body sensations, and breath, in a non-judgemental and compassionate way. Come learn how to respond to the many stresses of life, rather than react in our habitual patterns.

Pre - Registration required for each individual session by calling (204) 477-1123. This is a women only event. No childcare is provided.
