Yoga for Your Health

A gentle practice designed to bring mind, body, and spirit into balance. Poses will help release tension from the body and mind through breath control, stretching and strengthening. This practice is designed for all levels.

Space is very limited – Pre registration is required by calling (204) 477-1123. This is a women only event. Childcare available upon request. Yoga mats provided.
