Heart Health Workshop for Women

Join representatives from the Winnipeg Regional Healthy Authority to learn about: women's health and how it is different from mens, community information on where to go for more support , action steps and goal setting through group activities.
Space is limited - Pre registration is required by calling 477-1123. This is a women only event. No Childcare is available.
Workshop is free - Non perishable food items or monetary donations towards FGWRC are gladly accepted.
