These workshops will be taught in the style of Moksha Yoga, which is accessible to all levels and prides itself in its adaptability to individual needs. It is a series of 40 postures, both standing and on the mat, focusing on a total body workout. The benefits of Moksha are extensive – including becoming more aware, improving breath control, toning muscles, releasing tight areas, stress reduction, and management.

Moksha focuses on the mind - body - soul connection, and we hope you will learn something on the mat to bring into the rest of your life, such as how to create stillness among the chaos, focusing our noisy minds, and a practice to return to when you want to feel at home.

Space is limited. Pre registration is required by calling (204) 477-1123. This is a women only event. Childcare available upon request. Yoga mats provided!
