Have trouble dealing with life’s smallest tasks?

If you’ve answered YES to any of the above questions this workshop is a must for you to attend!

This presentation will cover the causes and effects of stress, with emphasis on how it relates to the nervous system. The most effective methods to adapt to stress will be covered, including stretching and breathing techniques.

Dr. Kimberly Barton (Chiropractor) will also discuss the relationship between mind and body and how science is now proving how we can take full control of our health, genes and life by changing our thoughts.
