Positive Coping Group

Coping with stress, trauma and emotional pain can be challenging. In this 5 week group for women, participants will explore healthy ways of coping with these issues. Topics include: creating change, self awareness and the mind/body connection, self compassion/self esteem, enhancing resiliency, developing a support network, self care practices and moving forward in healthy and positive ways.

Group will take place at FGWRC - 1150A Waverley Street, Winnipeg Limited space. In-person intake is required. Please call (204) 477-1123 for more information.
