Transitions in Mid-Life - A workshop series for women age 50+. Sessions will run the following Monday afternoons from 1:30-3:30 pm at 1150A Waverley Street:
Mon, Sept 10th - Coping with Stress, Being Our Own Best Friend, & Practicing Self-Care.
This is a women only event - No childcare available. Pre registration is required by calling 477- 1123.
