FGWRC Positive Coping Group

An Afternoon 6-week group beginning in February 2012 at 1150A Waverley St.
Coping with stress, trauma and emotional pain can be challenging. In this 6-week group for women, participants will explore healthy ways of coping with these issues. Together, women will develop their own toolbox for coping through increased self-awareness and mindfulness, finding ways to deal with feelings, identifying ways to increase self esteem, developing positive supports and practising self-care.
