Public Education Program
This program offers on-site educational workshops and events on topics and issues of interest to women - which promote healthy choices through information, inspiration and sharing of resources. Some past topics have included: Self Care, Family Violence, Chakras, Money Management, Stress, Spring Cleaning, Coping with Depression & Anxiety, Tai Chi and Income Tax Prep just to name a few!
